To prepare students for various roles in the corporate world and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the business environment.
DURATION
The maximum duration of programme will be as per regulations and recommendations of the statutory bodies governing the BBA programme. As per existing UGC AICTE, the total duration for completing the BBA programme from the date of admission in first year to completion of Certificate / Diploma / 3 years’ degree/ 4 years Hons. Degree (including Breaks) shall not exceed 7 years. The curriculum of BBA was required to incorporate the features such as: CBCS, Multi-entry and Multi-exit, Academic Bank of Credits, etc. The current syllabus and scheme has been worked out for 3 and 4 years with flexible entry and exit.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP
At the end of the Fourth Semester every student shall undergo Summer Training for Eight Weeks in the industry/Research or Academic Institute. After completion of training they would be required to submit the training report as per the dates decided by the university and they shall also appear for the viva voice. This component will be evaluated during the fifth semester. The students who are re-entering (after exit) in the fifth semester / third year, students will submit the Internship Report within one month of joining the Fifth Semester for evaluation.
Major / Minor Project
The BBA degree is offered under a Major-Minor scheme or as a BBA with a Double Major, requiring students to select electives accordingly. A Major Specialization consists of six elective papers from a single area, with one elective each in the 3rd and 4th semesters and two electives each in the 5th and 6th semesters, totaling 24 credits. A Minor Specialization comprises four elective papers, one each in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semesters, amounting to 16 credits. To complete the BBA degree, students must choose at least two specializations by selecting a minimum of ten electives. If a student completes at least six electives in their Minor Specialization, it will be upgraded to a Second Major Specialization, and the degree will be awarded as a “BBA with Double Major.”
