INTRODUCTION
The Tecnia Library is centrally air-conditioned and housed in a quiet and serene setting which makes it an ideal place for academic
pursuits. Library is well-furnished to accommodate students of IT, Management and Journalism. It has meticulously selected stock
of books covering all possible aspects of interests in the field of Management, Computer Science, Journalism, Marketing, Finance,
Human Resources, Economics, Business Strategies, Operations Management, Information Technology and Mass Communication.
The Reference Section is equipped with volumes on specialized Books, Reference books, Textbooks, Encyclopedias, Yearbooks,
Dictionaries, Rare books, Project works, International Journals, Referred Journals, Govt. and Corporate Reports, Literature on
companies apart from other reading material from industry and agencies. Library is managed with India’s most preferred unique
automation Integrated Software for Library Management Software developed by “Koha”, i.e. Koha containing Koha Various 21.11.13.000
e.g. Acquisition, Cataloguing, Circulation, Serials, OPAC/Web OPAC, Reports, Setup, and Tables & Utilities. LSEase requires minimal
data entry and facilitates easy data back-up.
Library has efficient and effective retrieval system for each fraternity to meet the academic programmes requirements.

previous question papers, govt. and corporate reports, literature on companies apart from other reading
material from industry and agencies.

J-Gate is an electronic gateway to global e-journal literature. Launched in 2001 by Informatics India Limited, J-Gate provides seamless access to millions of journal articles available online offered by 13,228 Publishers. It presently has a massive database of journal literature, indexed from 47,609 e-journals with links to full text at publisher sites. J-Gate also plans to support online subscription to journals, electronic document delivery, archiving and other related services
