Dr. Pooja Sharma is a working as Associate Professor & HoD DMS in the Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS) New Delhi. She has completed her PhD in Business Administration. She qualified her Master’s in Business Administration with distinction and Graduation in Commerce. She is having 15 years’ of experience in academics.
Dr. Monisha is currently working as Professor and Program Coordinator, MBA in Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, New Delhi. She is Ph.D in Management from IMSAR, MDU, Rohtak. She did her M.Phil in Management, MBA in Marketing and Finance, M.Com and qualified UGC NET. She has a rich experience of 20 years in Academics, Administration &Research.
Dr. Archana Dixit is currently working as Program Coordinator in BBA Department at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, New Delhi. She has more than 7 year experience in teaching, she has completed PHD in 2016 from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She is an expert in the area of Finance.
Dr. Pushpa Rani is working as an Assistant Professor in Tecnia institute of Advanced Studies Delhi. She has completed Ph.D. in Management, MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management and M.com. with over 12 years of experience in the field of education, she has played a significant role in shaping the minds of future professionals.
Dr. Sushma Bahuguna is a seasoned academician in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), currently serving as a Professor at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies. With over 27 years of experience in the educational sector, she has contributed significantly to the development and delivery of various ICT programs.
Dr. Neeta is currently working as an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator MCA at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, New Delhi. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from SVM, Sagar, MP, and an M.Phil. in Computer Science, IT, along with an MCA, she brings 17 years of rich experience in academics, administration, and research. Dr. Neeta is also recognized for her significant contributions to e-content development for TISS University and her expertise in computer science education and systems programming.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar is driven and educated in computer science. Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator BCA, Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Following his PhD from Clood Computing & Artificial Intelligence (Al), he began teaching. His current research is on AI, COA, and IoT with 6+ years of teaching/industrial experience.
Dr. Shivendu Kumar Rai works as Associate Professor in the Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, New Delhi. Before that, he worked as Assistant Professor at Galgotias University, Greater Noida and Acting Dean & Assistant Professor, Faculty of Professional Studies, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Rama University, Kanpur (U.P.)
Dr. Gopal Thakur is an academic & professional faculty holding experience of seventeen years. He has published more than 55 research papers in the National & internationally reputed Journal UGC, Scopus index, and approved Journals. He was the editor of the reputed newspaper KR Times. Dr. Thakur holds many degrees; a PG Diploma in professional fields, including digital media marketing certified by Google Inc.

2010-2013 is one of the most memorable and learning years of my life. Working in studios for hours, sitting in computer labs, sitting in canteen and making scripts. I am really grateful to my faculty who have supported me in every step of my graduation. It is due to their learning, I am working as a PR Executive and handling many clients. The things which we hated the most in our college were the "Formals" which we were asked to wear, but now I realize that in our professional life, it was important for us to learn how to present ourselves gracefully in front of others to leave a long lasting impact.
The three years of my graduation at TIAS has been one of the best phases of my life. The best part was being associated with the yearly Media Fest VARCHASVA. The amount of exposure to the industry and the support of the best possible faculty is the backbone of TIAS. The excellent library, well-equipped BJMC labs, various events and conferences help the students to learn and explore the professional environment.
I've had a great experience studying in Tecnia. With the amalgamation of incredible faculties and a reassuring invironment, I've pursued excellence in every aspect. For the records, I completed MBA in HR with this reliable institute and I truly cherish every moment with them.
