INTRODUCTION

We’re glad you’re here at the Department of Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT), Alumni Corner. The word ‘alumni’ depicts the passed-out students from a school or college. Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies Alumni Association strives to maintain a lifelong connection with each of its former students. The association is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere between the alumni and the institute. The goal of the Alumni Association is to improve relationships, encourage open communication, provide people a chance to reconnect with their alma mater, and serve as a constant source of motivation and support for all of the students and staff at the Institute.

The majority of alumni gatherings are organized by schools and colleges as a way to express their gratitude and care for their former graduating students. Alumni speeches should be heartfelt and intended to evoke memories for former students of their time in high school or college. The current students that organize the programmes at Alumni Meet provide former students a chance to recall their past lives.

An alumni gathering is one of those opportunities to catch up with old pals who you may have lost touch with or who you may not have met after leaving your high school or college. The Alumni Meet event is similar to any other formal gathering where you can meet your friends, teachers, deans, directors and other staff members.

The mission of the TIAS Alumni Association is to offer a dynamic, international network and platform that links and engages all BCA alumni with TIAS in ways that are both valuable to them and practical. In this regard, annual alumni contacts are arranged. In order to support alumni in maintaining links to their educational institution and other graduates, alumni exchanges are organized annually on the grounds of the institute.

THE OBJECTIVE OF ALUMNI COMMITTEE’S ARE:

1. To strengthen the network of alumni.
2. To cultivate, foster, and support strong relationships between alumni.
3. To keep the alumni data current.
4. To offer alumni a place for idea exchange.
5. To mentor and help graduates who have just finished their programme of study.
6. To communicate with alumni and inform them about issues pertaining to the institute.
