INTRODUCTION

The GrafixX club is an inventiveness taken by Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, to integrate learners from all the departments to introduce a common platform for development in design and graphics. In this club learners are able to be trained and broaden new ideas with different software’s and applications. This club is initiated by Mr. Ketan Kumar Kataria, faculty of Bachelor of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication) on Saturday, May 06, 2023, in the presence of all learners and faculty members. This club will acquaint learners to the world of designing to formulate graphics. This club consists of learners who are concerned about the formulation of novel and outstanding ideas through the use of various software’s.

OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of this club are mentioned as below:

1. To introduce learners describe basics of Design and Graphics.
2. To introduce learners to the world of computer graphics.
3. To apply knowledge gained of photo editing software in design and layout
4. To demonstrate proficiency of skills in designing and creating layouts using page layout software’s to different media.
5. To apply and demonstrate knowledge gained of designing software’s for design and layout
6. Learner demonstrates and utilizes knowledge gained in the application of elements and principles of design in different forms of visual and graphic communication for Print and Web Media
7. To guide learners regarding future internships or jobs in graphic designing

GOALS

Our goal is to bring learners who have common interest in design and graphics.

LEARNING OUTCOME

1. Students will learn about the computer graphics
2. Learners will apply knowledge gained of photo editing software in design and layout
3. Learners will demonstrate proficiency of skills in designing and creating layouts using page layout software’s for different media
4. Learners will apply and demonstrate knowledge gained of designing software’s for design and layout
5. Students will be guided regarding future internships or jobs in graphic designing.
