INTRODUCTION

The Computer Browsing Centre is established with a view to facilitate, foster, and support the essential teaching and research goals of the Institute. through the deployment and delivery of computing and communication services to the institute faculty, staff, and students. As part of teaching process, students have access to computers for their course or project work. Its facilities are also used in work related to administration such as recruitment, academic, examinations, finance etc. Currently, the Centre has various kinds of systems which provide UNIX, Linux, Windows environment to the users. The transit node operational at the computer center is also providing Email/Internet services to its students. The Centre is having Internet/Email, Programming, and Word processing rooms to enable users to execute various tasks.
