SELF-AWARENESS

PROGRAMME DETAILS:

“Self-awareness is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don’t align with your internal standards. If you’re highly self-aware, you can objectively evaluate yourself, manage your emotions, align your behavior with your values, and understand correctly how others perceive you.”

Put simply, those who are highly self-aware can interpret their actions, feelings, and thoughts objectively.

It is a rare skill, as many of us spiral into emotion-driven interpretations of our circumstances. Developing self-awareness is important because it allows leaders to assess their growth and effectiveness and change course when necessary.

Sessions will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode or online mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for the course. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode.

Dr. Sheenu Arora, Assistant Professor completed her Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management. She qualified her M.B.A. and B.B.A. degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She holds years of work experience in academic, teaching, research, consulting, training, and mentorship at various reputed institutions before joining Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. Her areas of research and consulting expertise include employer branding, organizational attractiveness, stress management. She has also attended several research workshops, conferences, MDP, and FDP at renowned management institutes.
