CONTENT
A SWOT analysis is ideal for understanding where an organization stands, and what directions it should take to grow. It is a presentation of an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges that it faces. These are core insights that allow for meaningful strategizing, short-term planning and long-term planning.- Module 1- Identification techniques of organizational strengths the organization and explore for development.

PEDAGOGY
The programme infuses a unique teaching approach that is highly based of interaction and will be offered through a unique blend of miscellaneous pedagogical tools such as case studies, expert lecturers from specialized field, industry examples, role-plays, simulations, and management games.
