Meaning

“Union of Mind & Yoga” (Mano = Mind, Yog = Union) its Significance is Reflected in the integration of mental wellness and yoga, that is dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding of mental health among its members and the wider community.

ManoYog Club Will align with the mental health criteria recommended by statutory bodies, ensuring that our practices adhere to the highest standards of care and ethics and is committed that all activities, resources, and interventions align with evidence-based practices, fostering a safe and effective mental health ecosystem.

ManoYog Club is also backed by a team of experienced mental health care professionals, including clinical psychologists and counsellors. Their expertise enables us to deliver high-quality mental health care and educational programs tailored to the unique challenges faced by students and young individuals today

The club aims to create a safe and positive environment where individuals can openly discuss and learn about mental health issues. To achieve this goal, Manoyog conducts regular activities, events, and workshops designed to promote self-love, positivity, and mental well-being. The club also creates thought-provoking content on mental health topics, which are intended to educate and inform the community.

In addition, Manoyog organizes online and offline sessions to provide a space for open dialogue and self-healing. These sessions are led by trained professionals and are designed to be inclusive, safe, and non-judgmental. They aim to create an environment where individuals can share their experiences and gain support from others who understand and relate to their struggles.
